To Whom it may Concern,

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office received a request for policies and
training materials for Use of Force. Our polices are in paper form and would
need to be scanned and put on a disk. I would estimate 6 hours of work and a
disk for an estimated cost of $102.00. Please confirm you received this
email and let me know how you want me to proceed. (6 hours labor and 1 disk)

Hello Lieutenant Pelton,

Thanks so much for your message. Could you please clarify the expectation that it will take six hours to gather, and could you please advise as to other ways for us to receive these materials for less? Would it be possible to provide you with a cd or a possible dropbox connection?

Thanks again,

From: Steven Pelton

The cd cost is minimal, most of our material is paper form and would need to
be researched and scanned for delivery. Please let me know how to proceed.
