Use of Force Policy (Franklin County Sheriff's Office)

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All policies and training materials maintained by the department regarding use of force.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thanks so much for your message. Could you please clarify the expectation that it will take six hours to gather, and could you please advise as to other ways for us to receive these materials for less? Would it be possible to provide you with a cd or a possible dropbox connection?
