In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of the press.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Dear Prayag Gordy,
This letter responds to your request for information to the City of Fort Worth, dated and received in our office on 6/20/2023 10:12:51 PM.
Information Requested: incident report, police narratives, and any investigative reports, 9/8/2006, shooting at South Hills High School in Fort Worth
The information responsive to your request concerns juvenile records that are considered to be confidential under section 58.008 of the Texas Family Code. Ordinarily, when the City receives a request for juvenile records, the City is required to request and receive authorization from the Attorney General's Office before withholding the records. However, in your initial request for information, you agreed to exclude juvenile records from your request. Thus, the City will close your request as to this information. If you wish to submit a second request for the juvenile records, the City may be required to submit the request to the Attorney General for an Opinion.
