Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all email communications, including attachments, between former Deputy Secretary for Regulatory Programs John Truitt and Collier Enterprises Vice President Patrick Utter or any other employee or representatives of Tarpon Blue Companies, a real estate firm that is pursuing the Bellmar project and other real estate projects in Collier County Florida. Collier Enterprises is a subsidiary of Tarpon Blue Companies.
This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2022 t o January 1, 2023.
I am a reporter for the Florida Center for Government Accountabiity, The Nation magazine and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
