-All current policies regarding how officers are expected to handle protests

Good afternoon,

In response to your public records request for "All current policies regarding how officers are expected to handle protests," I am writing to let you know that we do not have a specific policy for the Florida Highway Patrol on how to handle protests. We do have policy 16.02, Quick Reaction Force, Mobile Field Force and Special Response Teams. However, due to the confidentiality of the information contained in this policy, we are unable to release it pursuant to section 119.071(2)(d), F.S.
