Subject: Florida Sunshine Law Request: Public Records Request on water quality reports

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, the Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119, and the Freedom of Information Act I hereby request the following records:

1. Water Quality Reports: Source of the water, levels of contaminants, etc.
2. Water Testing Results: Results for pollutants or contaminants in the water such as high levels of nutrients, bacteria, and algae.
3. Studies and reports on algae bloom mitigation efforts: What has been done to address this kind of issue in the past and how effective each measure was.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

When possible we will provide you with an estimate of any costs in advance. Note that when charges are accrued records may not be released until payment has been made in full.
