The Office of Open Government received the request below. Records maintained by the House on the House server will be searched for public records that meet the criteria of the request. Any such records will be provided to you in accordance with Article 1, Section 24(c) of the Florida Constitution; section 11.0431, Florida Statutes; and House Rules 14.1 and 14.2. The House has 120 Members and each Member has one or two staff who work for them. A search of this size could result in an extensive use fee. Before we can begin our search we have a few questions:

1 - Would you like to narrow your request to specific House Members and their staff?

2 – Would you like to provide us with some key search terms or are you looking for all emails between the House Members and AARP regardless of the subject matter?

3 – Please provide us with a specific date range (start and end date).

Once we receive this information we can begin processing your request.

For your information, requests for public records that are maintained by a member, including text messages, social media posts, paper records, and emails to or from personal email accounts, must be submitted directly to the member.
