Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All crash reports filed by FHP officers for incidents involving vehicles manufactured by Tesla Motors that took place between January 1, 2016 to May 31, 2016 inclusive.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I can get the crash reports for you. They will be $10.00 each and I would need payment before I can provide them. Once payment is received I could then mail the reports to you. You can mail a check or money order, payable to Department of Highway Safety, to my attention at Office of General Counsel, 2900 Apalahcee Pkwy., Room A432, MS 2, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
