Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
• All contracts (and their amendments) and memorandums of understanding (active or inactive) entered into by the Florida Department of Corrections for services and activities related to the Gadsden Correctional Facility. Please include the original Invitation to Negotiate and all supplements, all materials provided by the winning bidder in response to the ITN, the contract, and all associated exhibits and attachments.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Please be advised that I have forwarded your request to Gail Hillhouse, Senior Management Analyst Manager, Office of Procurement and Contract Management, for review and response. If any records are determined to exist, the above custodian will provide your office) an invoice for production of the records and, upon receipt of payment, the records will be provided in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes and Sec. 945.10, Florida Statutes.
