Any and all email communications, including attachments, between District Director Jennifer Carpenter and Collier Enterprises President Christian Spilker or any other employee or representatives of Collier Enterprises, a real estate firm that is pursuing the Bellmar project and other real estate projects in Collier County Florida. Collier Enterprises is a subsidiary of Tarpon Blue Companies and this request also seeks communications between Carpenter and any representatives or employees of Tarpon Blue Companies. This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2023.

I am a reporter for the Florida Center for Government Accountability.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
