Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All inspection reports and Bureau Of Quality Assurance program reports for Broward Juvenile Detention Center, located at 222 NW 22nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33311.
All contracts and/or agreements between the Department of Correction and Centurion of Florida LLC for Broward Juvenile Detention Center.
All emails that contain the domain name(s) "centene.com", "centurionofFL.com" and/or "mhm-services.com".
The timeframe for records responsive to my request should be between January 1, 2012 to July 20, 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the news-gathering efforts of the media organization Shadowproof.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
