Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

According to news reports, on Sunday, October 29, 2023, the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office successfully located both the vehicle and the driver involved in an incident of a vehicle impersonating law enforcement. The individual in DeSoto County was driving a white Chevrolet Silverado, bearing license plate H05F41, and was equipped with red and blue lights that has the words "BOOTY PATROL" painted on the side. Deputies issued a citation for violating FSS 316.2397, which pertains to Certain Lights Prohibited.

I am looking for:
- incident reports, call detail logs, and investigative reports regarding for any incident involving this vehicle in the last month.
- Any Suspicious Activity Reports or tips that the agency received pertaining to this vehicle.
- any emails or internal memos and directives about this vehicle. A keyword search should include the phrase "booty patrol"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
