RE: Public Records Request

Dear John,

This is a follow-up to the below email dated May 10, 2021, acknowledging your Public Records Request. The request for a fee waiver was reviewed by the City Administrator and denied. This email is to provide a cost estimate for producing the documents.

The City estimates the cost of producing the records to be $1,434.96. If you choose to accept the proposed estimate, you will need to provide written confirmation to proceed with the Public Records Request and the estimated cost will need to be received as a deposit. Any excess cost would be expected to be paid at the time the records are produced, and any unexpended funds would be refunded by the City upon completion of the production.

Once written acknowledgement and the deposit is received, City staff anticipates being able to produce the records within ten business days.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
