Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request all police reports and the following items related to any incidents that occurred on January 23, 2022 and/or January 22, 2022 at 13656 Clarendon Springs Court, Centreville, VA 20121.

I am requesting police reports; notes; investigative notes; witness statements; non-graphic photographs; communications; emails; evidence; and documents related to any incident where Fairfax PD responded at that location. I am NOT requesting any graphic photographs to the extent they exist. If there was no department reports for this incident date and location please confirm as such.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
