- Copies of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with Grayshift.
- Copies of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) between your agency and Magnet Forensics.

In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am a journalist writing for Motherboard, VICE's science and technology site, and that this request is being made as part of news gathering.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

At this time, the City’s Open Records team is working on responding to requests promptly. In light of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), as of March 16, 2020, the City Attorney’s Office and other City Departments will be operating with a skeleton crew. Under the Texas Public Information Act and in accordance with the Texas Attorney General’s guidelines, skeleton crew days are not considered business days when calculating deadlines under the Act. Please see the Attorney General’s website for updates on the calculation of business days in light of COVID-19. The calculation of business days will resume once the City Attorney’s Office resumes normal scheduling. The City Attorney’s Office is currently scheduled for skeleton crew days through May 26, 2021. Notice of changes to this date will be posted on the COEP GovQA website.
