9-1-1 Call Request: Jaycee Dugard

Records Requested: To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

-The 9-1-1 call(s) (audio and transcript copies) made on the morning of Monday 10th June 1991 from 1090 Washoan Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe regarding the abduction of Carl Probyn's step-daughter, Jaycee Dugard, at around 8 am.
-All 9-1-1 calls (audio and transcript copies) made on Monday 10th June 1991 from El Dorado County regarding JAYCEE DUGARD, her abduction or any possible sighting.
-All 9-1-1 calls (audio and transcript copies) made from Tuesday 11th June 1991 to August 26th 2009 from El Dorado County regarding JAYCEE DUGARD, her abduction or any possible sighting.

The above requests include a reference to 'abducted girl', 'missing girl' and 'kidnapped girl', not necessarily JAYCEE DUGARD (excluding the first written request).

This request should be approved and information submitted, as it does not fall under the 'investigatory exemption' for the California Public Records Act. If you do not hold the correct information or feel you can not help me, please forward to the relevant agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Sam Clench, As in your previous request (P002573-031920), t he records requested are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code Section 6254(f), which exempts investigatory files conducted by local police agencies.  As a separate and independent grounds for withholding the records, the requested records are confidential pursuant to Penal Code Section 11167.5 and may not be released except to statutorily authorized parties.
