Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records, communications, complaints, notices, or any other materials referencing or regarding the "Edison Utility Improvement Program".

Please also provide all relevant records or notes related to calls made to this office (or other relevant offices under the jurisdiction of this municipality) referencing or regarding the "Edison Utility Improvement Program".

Please consult the Office of the Mayor, the Department of Public Works, and any other department your office would reasonably believe would hold responsive records.
