City of East St. Louis Administration Library Leadership Activities

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

1. A list of board members recently added to the City of East St Louis board by Mayor Charles Powell III within the last six months.
2. Emails or written paper records generated by the city board or administration discussing performance of library leadership within the last six months.
3. Emails or paper written records generated by the city that pertain to the hiring of library board members or directors within the last six months.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your reply. Will the City Clerk Office be forwarding the request to the library board? Or will I need to file a follow up FOIA request with the library board?
