Thank you for replying back to our FOIL request,

We have a few follow-up questions based on your response:
1. Is there a particular reason as to why you do not keep records within your jurisdiction?
2. Is the reason applicable to murder cases? In other words, do you not file murder cases within your jurisdiction?

Thank you in advance for your anticipated participation in the matter.

Sincerely,

Urban Indigenous Collective

To whom it may concern:

Please be advised, as stated in my previous response, there are no records responsive to your request. A search for records on missing American Indian/Alaska Native persons was done and there were no cases on file handled by the Delaware County Sheriff's office.
