Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Delaware Employees Pension System, all materials including those presented by external managers and consultants for the October 24, 2017 meeting of the Investment Committee for Board of Pensions.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello:

Thank you for submitting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the State of Delaware's Office of Management and Budget.

The investment records of the Delaware Public Employee Retirement System are not public records pursuant to 29 Del. C. § 8308(d) and 29 Del. C. § 10002(l)(6). Section 8308(d) provides that "[a]ll records maintained by the Board or the Office of Pensions. Any record, material or data received, prepared, used or retained by the Board or its employees, investment professionals or agents relating to an investment shall not constitute a public record subject to Chapter 100 of this title." As such, I am unable to provide the requested records.

DPERS publicly available information regarding its investments may be found in its financial statements, here: http://www.delawarepensions.com/.
