This email is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. You requested:

We have been advised by the Division of Air Quality that it will take over 70 hours to process your request, in addition to the time it will take the technology department to search for emails of former employees, which will be very expensive. Please advise if you would like to modify your FOIA request or would like to receive a cost estimate as the FOIA request is written.
