Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records: Winford W Hilyard 23 January 1942 with birth parents we have check all records in Delaware. Including Delaware legislator Need to go to Family Court to get judgement to get Vital Statistic to give us said records. Hope you can get it for us with out going to court for judgement. Family wants for health reasons.

I have been appointed to get my dead cousin birth certificate, have tried all places in Delaware

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
