Hello Mr. Welch,

I apologize for the delay in response as I have not seen either of your two e-mails. I was just forwarded your previous emails.

Our officers attended a course provided by Delia Tactical International LLC on May 14-15, 2015 that was held at another jurisdictions location. The Del Rey Oaks Police Department did not execute an MOU or contract of any sort with the company.

I hope this information helps.

Officer Bob Ingersoll, 7031
