DPD FOIA Request: Drone Footage

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all multimedia--including, but not limited to, aerial surveillance/drone footage, video footage, audio files, photographs, etc.--captured by the Dekalb County Police Department helicopters N90DK and N91DK on the following dates: 11/09/22, 1/28/23.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, we are still unable to access that link. May I ask what our username should be? We have been using our email address as the sign-in. Is there any way you can compress it to a .zip file or another way in which we can retrieve this information?
