A copy of all emails outbound from the email account cradirector@defuniaksprings.net. To make this easier this would be acceptable in a single .PST file that a link could be provided to be downloaded.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

check, or money order made payable to the City of DeFuniak Springs. If the
city does not receive a reply within thirty days of providing a Cost
Estimate, the request will be considered inactive.
After review of your request, it will either be sent to you via this email
address, or you will be informed of any cost related to the request.

Good morning,
I hope you are doing well. With the current parameters of the request there
will be a total of 7,076 emails that will need to be looked at and
redacted. In accordance with our policy any work that goes over 30 minutes
which includes redacting information on the emails will be considered
extensive and the person requesting the records will be charged the hourly
base pay of the employees performing the work.
Is there a specific time frame of emails that would still allow us to
fulfill the request?
