Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Listing of current employees associated with positions listed on Danbury City Organizational Chart as published on page 4 of the 2021 City of Danbury Annual Report.
Please include
1)salaries for calendar years 2020 and 2021 regardless of position held
2) date appointed by Mayor (if required by City Charter)
3) date confirmed by City Council
4) reason for exemption if not appointed or confirmed

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

1. For the "listing of current employees associated with positions listed
on the Danbury City Organizational Chart as published on page 4 of the 2021
City of Danbury Annual Report" - you will need to indicate specific
* positions* for which you are requesting information. Note that the
organizational chart refers to *departments*, not necessarily individual
positions, and further, many City departments contain numerous employees.
There are also departments that are comprised of elected officials, not
employees. We are not the employer for the Board of Education.
