Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request a copy of the entire autopsy report (with pictures) of Jeremiah Gage Byrd Sr, age 26. He died in Dallas, Texas on 11/26/2023 and was transported to Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office for Autopsy.
His case number is IFS-23-22774 and EDR #44445770997. His report was finalized on 1/31/2024. His DoB 5/14/1997. Address of death 3214 Pine St, Dallas, Texas 75214.
Can I also get the toxicology report included.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
