As board Secretary and pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250) and the Coast Community College District ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE Chapter 3 General Institution BP 3000, I hereby request the following records:

Yearly Public Records Act Log of Public Records Requests for last seven years.
I specifically need the records where "office use section" indicates that the request was directed to the Acquired Brain Injury Program at Coastline College. I am requesting the public records request Log for the last seven years for the Coastline Community College Acquired Brain Injury Program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com and PublicHealthOfficer.com

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
