-Rational for eminent domain

-Engagement with homeowner and communication with homeowner explaining process for eminent domain

-A timeline for when and how home was destroyed

-The current status and use of the land where the home was located

-Any and all information related to the home and its eminent domain case

If information is not available due to privacy reasons, please provide any and all information related to the surrounding neighborhood/area where eminent domain was completed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
