Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All available lists, databases, memos, or other available material detailing:
- all new cases and the judge to whom it was assigned
- all cases for which a final order was signed and the presiding judge.
Please provide materials encompassing the period of April and May 2009. If materials do not exist in the form requested, please provide all materials related to the assignment and closure of Collier County Court cases in 2009 that may be useful in appropriately identifying the location of responsive materials.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
