FOIA Request - Jocelyn Amparo Flores

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records within the possession of Coconut Creek Police Department, irrespective of timeframe, and with respect to this criteria:
1. All records related to Jocelyn Amparo Flores, related to her death on May 13, 2017 in Coconut Creek, Florida.
2. All records related to Jocelyn Amparo Flores possessed by the County before her death (if any) as well as all records after her death.
3. All records related to Jocelyn Amparo Flores, Date of Birth: July 2, 2000, within your agency's possession from 2010 to present day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
