Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence between Brad Stipes and (Dr.) John G. Casali from 1/1/2015 to 4/14/2020.

Because the correspondence is expected to be between a member of the public and a public servant, the records are presumed to be public (the member of the public may freely disclose records) and as such no redaction shall be necessary.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
