Beryl Lipton,
We are currently processing a request from the ACLU for the same documentation you are seeking. The ACLU and CPD have reached an agreement to release this information by Friday, November 18, 2016. For purposes of efficiency, I would propose extending this matter to the 18th, ensuring that you receive responsive documents that are uniform with the ACLU.
Please advise whether this arrangement will work for you.
