From: J Ader

Hi,

I would like to appeal this. I am confident that based on the public documentation i have provided (see original pdf) that this is a service that the OEMC has purchased and should have at least a few of the types of documents I am looking for in the original request.

Please let me know if anything else is needed from my end for this.

Thanks,
- J. Ader
