Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

The following 1505 or 1505ML expenses by their check number. I am seeking documents sufficient to show what the following checks were used to purchase, any solicitation or bidding that went into the check, emails about the funding, and any receipt for the funding.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Please be aware that this request is being sent by the Lucy Parsons Labs, a registered non-profit in the State of Illinois

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
