Why are the vehicle makes and models redacted? I have received *numerous* 1505 expenditures from CPD and they have never redacted out the makes and models of seized (and repaired) vehicles. Additionally, before being repaired, the cars would submitted a notice of forfeiture which would go to the CCSAO office for processing and would be heard in an open civil court for the seizure. All of this would not be subject to any redactions or exemptions, so please explain which *specific* exemptions are you claiming here.
Regards,
Freddy Martinez
