Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records , I hereby request the following records:

Incident reports pertaining to the January 5 crash of an 18-wheeler on Highway 35 that, according to the agency's Facebook page, spilled chicken tenders. https://www.facebook.com/CherokeeCountyEMA/posts/2020066741375048

Specifically, I am seeking to identities of who owns the truck and/or trailer, who was driving the truck, and for which company (or companies) the chicken tenders were being shipped.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
