Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails between Brian Wheeler and the executive assistant for Maurice Jones between the dates of July 1, 2018 and July 31, 2018. While the identity of the executive assistant is not known to the requester, it is known to the FOIA Officer.
