All Charlottesville Police Department Field Case Reports related to June 21, 2020 vandalism of East Market Street.

Tom - The Charlottesville Police Department is withholding approximately 16 records associated with this request under Virginia Code Section 2.2-3706 (B)(1) for the “field case reports relating to the vandalism incident on East Market Street from June 21, 2020.” These records are criminal investigative files and are exempt from release under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
