Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code
§§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

professor Steven F. Hayward, a Senior Resident Scholar at the University of
California, Berkeley Institute of Government Studies, that specifically
mention the any of the following keywords:

"Democracy in Chains"
"Nancy MacLean"
"MacLean"
Or any related shorthand or abbreviations of these keywords.

The timeframe of the request is from June 1, 2017, to August 15, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This
request is not being made for commercial purposes.
