Dear Ms. Eldridge,

Thank you for your email. I did not receive communications from ACBH on October 20 or November 3, or at any time, with records in response to my September 13, 2023 Public Records Act request. See the attached screenshot, showing correspondence from ACBH on October 26 that stated that the department needed more time, but not giving an expected date for production.

If the department produced records on October 20 and November 3, can you let me know to what address they were sent by what medium. If it appears they did not go out, or did not go through, I would greatly appreciate your re-sending them.

You may also contact me directly via direct email at jlindsay-poland@afsc.org or by phone at 510-282-8983.

Thanks so much.

John Lindsay-Poland
