A search for the information is underway. All records identified as
responsive to your request will be reviewed, and made available for your
access, in accordance with relevant law and University policy.

Although the requested records have not yet been fully gathered and
reviewed, it is possible the requested material may contain information
exempt from disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act
(CPRA). However, this is not a determination that the information is
necessarily exempt from disclosure.

We anticipate records will be available for inspection by June 24, 2016.
Our office will contact you as soon as the records are assembled. While
you may inspect the records on campus during a mutually convenient
appointment time, please note that the University is entitled to charge for
the cost of document duplication.

Cruz, CA 95064. Please do not mail cash.
