This email is in response to your Public Records Act Request dated December 13, 2017.
The only information the department is permitted to release on an inmate is outlined in Title 15<https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Regulations/Adult_Operations/docs/Title15_2017.pdf> section 3261.2(e), which does not include the parameters you mentioned. In addition, you can find information on authorized access to computers in Title 15<https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Regulations/Adult_Operations/docs/Title15_2017.pdf> section 3041.3.
