Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any financial disclosures filed by Katherine Porter, relative to her appointment as California's Independent Monitor, tasked with overseeing banks' compliance with the National Mortgage Settlement. This should include any disclosure filed while she was being approved for the position, any assuming office disclosure, any annual disclosures and any leaving-office disclosure.

2. Any Agency Report of Consultants (FPPC Form 805) filed by the CA Department of Justice or one of its departments, including the "Office of the California Monitor," pertaining to the retention of Katherine Porter as Independent Monitor.

TIME FRAME: Porter served as Independent Monitor from 2012 through 2014, but please include any disclosures or Forms 805 pertaining to her appointment that may have been filed at a later date.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Hello,

I'm confused as to why I have received no acknowledgment or answer of any kind to this request; it's been over two months, well outside the 10-day window mandated by the California Public Records Act. These records pertain to a public individual currently running for public office, which makes the request even more timely and urgent. That financial disclosures are disclosable public records is well-established fact, as are Agency Reports of Consultants.

Please let me know the status of this request, it would be very much appreciated.
