Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request access to and copies of contacts and correspondence between DMV employees and officials and employees of Cruise LLC, dated between May 28, 2022, and July 8, 2022.

This request includes, but is not limited to, presentations, permits, schedules, schematics, budget documents, and correspondence between state representatives and the company.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Marshall,

I'm writing regarding the Cruise PRA. The response letter was sent via email yesterday to a different muckrock email account number. I'm not sure whether the number changed since we received the request. The responsive documents were also sent to that email address via secure file transfer due to email file size limitations. I will send another download link to you at this email address for you to get those files. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see that email with the link arrive shortly after this email.
