Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
A listing of every officer and/or employee of the agency, including name, office address, title and salary.
Per NEW YORK PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6, Section 87(3)(b):
"Each agency shall maintain:
[....]
(b) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the agency."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to your Freedom of Information Law request dated March 31, 2015 attached please find a listing name, public office address, title and salary of employees of the Buffalo City School District.
If you have concerns or feel your request has been denied under the Public Officers Law, you have the right to appeal. Should you choose to appeal, you may make your appeal in writing within 30 days to: Buffalo City School District, Office of Legal Counsel, 717 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202.
Your appeal should include: a copy of the original request; the response to your request; and a statement of the reason why the withheld records should be made available and why the denial was in error. Also the appeal letter and envelope should be clearly marked “FOIL APPEAL”.
In this instance the copying fees have been waived.
