I am an historian working on the rise of religious cults in Mexico's drug cartels. I would like records that you may have pertaining the investigation of the murder of US citizen Mark Kilroy in Matamoros (1989). Suspects include:

Sara Aldrete
Juan García Abrego

Results of my research will be published in non-commercial, academic, venues.
