I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

This was sent along on 12/23 from Records Manager Neil Harrington to Lt Harrington (No relation) I am passing it long to you.

We do not have a social media policy yet for the use of such software.
We do have one of the listed software programs called Media Sonar. We have a one year subscription that ends this December.
There was no bidding required to get it. We did solicit several others for a test and demonstration. Media Sonar was best for our needs.
That should cover the below request.

Hello!

Thanks so much for passing this along. Could I please get a copy of the contract and invoice associated with the Media Sonar subscription, as well as any other instructional information that might be available?

Hope you're having a lovely weekend,
Beryl

You already received the response and I am confused why you are contacting again? Please advise why you keep corresponding?
