Ms. Nason,

Per your original request dated February 27, 2017 as well as multiple requests since that date up to and including October 6, 2017; the Bradford County Sheriff's Office does not have any written policies or procedures regarding matters pertaining to firearm permits and licenses. As for the part of your request related to "All data, statistics or reports regarding incidents involving firearms, including but not limited to: firearm-related homicides and firearm-related assaults" the estimated cost for searching, preparing and delivering the materials could be well into the thousands of dollars due to many of the "homicide" cases being in hardcopy files in storage requiring a search by hand. These files/cases can easily be from upwards of 25 years ago depending on their current status. There will also be a charge per statute of $.15 per page. Please advise how you would like to proceed with your request. Please refer all future requests on this matter to me preferably by email due to the fax you have sent your previous requests to being a less effective way to process your request. You can also contact me by phone if you have any questions or concerns.
