Any and all records from the past two years (October 2021-October 2023) regarding your nuisance property ordinance that will be referred to as "ordinance" in this request but could be known (but not limited to) as "Chronic Nuisance Property Code" as described in Article VIII Sec. 15-111 through Sec. 15-117.14 in Boynton Beach's city code.

Please provide any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, images files, video files etc.) regarding the Ordinance including but not limited to:

• evictions filed by property owners and number of tenants evicted as a result of the ordinance

• Notice to Vacate's filed by property owners as a result of nuisance abatement

• suspensions or revocation of a residential rental license, against property owners who fail to comply with the requirements of the ordinance

• police calls, reports, citations, or arrests, collected by the municipality police department for the purpose of enforcing the ordinance

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Per Florida State Statute 316.066(2)(a)(b) all Crash reports that reveal the identity and/or personal information concerning the parties involved in the crash are confidential for the first 60 days and only immediately available to the parties involved in the crash, their legal representatives, their licensed insurance agents. An involved party listed in the crash report may obtain a copy in person at the Police Records Department located at 2100 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and must present a valid driver’s license or other photographic identification.
FSS Florida State Statue 316.066(2)(d) states the Involved parties legal representatives must present a valid driver’s license or other photographic identification; proof of status, or identification that demonstrate his or her qualifications to access that information, and file a written sworn statement with the state or local agency in possession of the information stating that information from a crash report made confidential and exempt by this section will not be used for any commercial or accident victims, or knowingly disclosed to any third party for the purpose of such solicitation.
****This subsection does not prevent the dissemination or publication of news to the general public by any legitimate media entitled to access confidential and exempt information pursuant to this section.
