The full contract between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and HDR Architecture, care of Jeff Garriga, regarding Mass. state project No. DCP1921-HD1, also known as the "house doctor" contract. Please include the most up to date version of this contract.

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance ("DCAMM") received your public records request dated August 31, 2020.

You requested:
